Le verdure devono rimanere leggermente sode.<\/span><br>&#8211; <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Preparare il composto: sbattere le uova, aggiungere la panna, il sale, il pepe, un pizzico di pepe di Espelette e la clorella.<\/span><br>&#8211; <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Mettere la carta da forno in una tortiera per facilitare l&#8217;estrazione della terrina dalla teglia.<\/span><br>&#8211; <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Versare un po&#8217; di composto sul fondo della teglia, quindi disporre le verdure in modo che la sezione trasversale della terrina sia di un colore armonioso. Versare il resto del composto, che deve finire di riempire lo stampo. Ripiegare la carta da forno e cuocere a bagnomaria per circa 50 minuti.<\/span><br>&#8211; <span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Non togliere la terrina dallo stampo prima che si sia raffreddata.<\/span><br>&#8211;
